How to calculate BTU requirement

“Looks great”

This radiator was ordered to heat one end of a large living/dining room and therefore needed to have a large output. The radiator is supposed to be rated at 3.6 kw, but as it's now spring, we haven't cranked it up full. However, it does warm the room quickly, and looks the business. It's vertical, so occupies a small footprint. and it's also very easy to dust; much easier than standard rads.
