OUR DELIVERY SERVICES

We offer a wide range of products with varying weights and sizes on our websites. To ensure products are delivered as efficiently as possible we have partnered with several national parcel and pallet carriers who offer a wide range of delivery options. We monitor our carriers’ delivery performances closely and undertake regular formal reviews to assure a quality delivery service.

Our standard 2-5 working day delivery offering is £4.95 for orders below £295 and free for orders over £295 to postcodes in England, Wales and certain areas of Scotland. Deliveries to specified areas in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly are charged at different rates; details of which can be seen in the table below and will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Specific-day delivery services are also available by clicking on a delivery date and are priced according to the service selected and the size of the order.

WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?

The delivery services available are displayed during the checkout process. The services are selected according to the delivery date chosen, the weight and dimensions of the product ordered, the overall size of the order and the delivery location. Not all delivery services are available to all delivery locations.

1. Standard Delivery (2-5 working days)

  1. A lower cost delivery option. Free for all orders with a value of £295 or greater being delivered to post codes in England, Wales and some areas of Scotland.
  2. Orders are usually despatched within 2 working days.
  3. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
  4. Orders may be sent via a delivery service of our choice.
  5. Depending upon the product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’ as individual parcels or ‘kerbside’ on a pallet. Some orders may be delivered via a two working day 2-person delivery service.

2. Named Day Delivery

  1. This is a chargeable option according to the service and day selected.
  2. Orders can be scheduled for delivery up to two weeks in advance.
  3. Delivery options available will vary depending upon the day selected. For example: 2-person delivery will not show if the delivery day selected is not at least 2 days ahead or if a Saturday is selected.
  4. For next working day deliveries, orders must be placed and paid for by 4pm on the preceding working day.
  5. Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’, as individual parcels, or ‘kerbside,’ on a pallet; unless the 2-person delivery option is selected.

3. Next Working Day Delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Orders placed and paid for by 4pm Monday to Friday despatched same day.
  3. Orders delivered the next working day at any time between 7am and 8pm.
  4. Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’, as individual parcels, or ‘kerbside,’ on a pallet.
  5. Next working day delivery is not available to all delivery areas.

4. Weekday Morning delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Choose from before 10am or before noon services.
  3. Orders placed and paid for by 4pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day.
  4. Orders are delivered the next working day before the stated service time.
  5. Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’, as individual parcels, or ‘kerbside,’ on a pallet.

5. Saturday Delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Orders must be placed and paid for by 4pm on the Friday before the required delivery day.
  3. Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’, as individual parcels, or ‘kerbside,’ on a pallet.

6. 2-person delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Suitable for fragile, large and heavy items, such as shower enclosures, large radiators, furniture and bathroom suites.
  3. Unlike other delivery services, 2-person delivery ensures delivery to a ground, first or second-floor room of your choice.
  4. Orders are despatched two working days before the required delivery date.
  5. Waste packaging and pallets are removed as required.
  6. Not currently available for next working day delivery or for Saturday delivery.

How much will I pay for delivery?

How much you pay for the delivery of your order will depend upon several factors: the order value, the weight and size of the product on the order, the delivery location, the delivery date and time and the delivery service selected.

The price you will pay for delivery will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process once the delivery address details have been entered and the delivery date and service have been selected.

Our standard 2-5 working day delivery offering is £4.95 for orders below £295 and free for orders over £295 to postcodes in England, Wales and certain areas of Scotland. Deliveries to specified areas in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly are charged at different rates starting from £9.95; details of which can be seen in the table below and will be confirmed during the checkout process.

A delivery charge is made for orders with a value below £295 and for all orders where premium delivery options have been selected. Delivery charges are displayed against the available delivery services during the checkout process.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered either as parcels or on pallets.

Parcels are normally delivered to door. Parcel delivery drivers may leave parcels with a neighbour, leave in a safe place or deliver to a local collection point; either at a local depot or shop, if no-one is available to take delivery at the specified address.

Pallets are normally used for large, heavy or fragile items and when the number of items on an order makes delivery more efficient via a pallet service.

Pallet deliveries are made to an accessible kerbside location on firm ground near to the delivery address.

Should you not wish to receive your items on a pallet as standard then please select the 2-person delivery service.

The 2-person service provides delivery to a ground, first or second floor room of choice at the delivery address. The removal of any surplus outer packaging is included as part of this service.

Returns Information

We operate a 30 day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
