Customer Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

By taking part in this survey and prize draw, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The promotion is run by Limitless Digital Group Limited, trading as Big Bathroom Shop.

How to Participate

To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the customer survey via the link provided in a Big Bathroom Shop email. Only fully completed survey responses will be eligible for entry.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are subscribed to Big Bathroom Shop marketing communications and have previously made a purchase from Big Bathroom Shop.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry is free and no additional purchase is required.

The Prize

One winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. The use of Amazon as a prize does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Amazon.

Completion Incentive

All participants who complete the survey will receive a voucher code as a thank you. Details of the voucher, including value and validity, will be provided on the survey email.

Winner Selection

The survey closes on 4th May 2026. One winner will then be selected at random and contacted by email on 11th May 2026 If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Big Bathroom Shop reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection

Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with Big Bathroom Shop’s Privacy Policy and used only for administering the prize draw and survey incentives. Survey responses may also be analysed in aggregate to improve our products and services.

Big Bathroom Shop accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the survey or acceptance of the prize.
