How Does The Referral Scheme Work?

Our trade account referral scheme is designed to give back to our loyal trade customers (and any new tradespeople that may want to become loyal advocates in the future!).


Spread the word - When you recommend our products to your customers, friends, colleagues or anyone with a passion for beautiful bathroom designs you get rewards.

What kind of rewards will I get?

They shop, you prosper - it is really that simple. 

Each time a customer that you have referred pays for an order you will receive 5% cashback points on the value of that order. 


These points can be found in the customer referral section of your account. 


Over time these reward points will accumulate, and can be taken as cashback or as money off your next order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I refer more than one customer?

Yes you can refer as many customers as you want to your customer group. Each time you refer a customer and they place and pay for an order, you will receive 5% cashback points to add to your business account and to make this referral that little bit sweeter, the referred customer receives 10% off their first order. 

When will I receive my referral points?

The referring account holder will receive reward points when the referred customer(s) completes payment on their order

How do I claim my points?

Email referral@bigbathroomshop.co.uk and we’ll tell you how to claim your rewards.

Can I convert my points into cashback?

Yes as it is a cashback scheme, email referral@bigbathroomshop.co.uk to claim

If my referred customer uses PayPal will I still receive the 5% cashback points? 

Yes

What do I do If I don’t get my rewards?

In the rare case of missing points email us with your details and the details of your referred customer and we will work with you to resolve any issues

How many of my customers can use the scheme? 

As many as you like. But, they have to be a new customer and have not ordered from Big Bathroom Shop before. 

Is there a maximum/minimum amount that a customer has to spend to qualify for the scheme?

There is no maximum or minimum spend for you and your customer to qualify for the scheme.  

Do I have to claim the cash back, or can I take it as a discount on my own order? 

You can take it as a discount or as cashback - the choice is yours. Just tell us how you want to use your reward and we’ll get it sorted for you. 

Does the cashback gain interest if I do not claim it back right away?

The cashback will not gain interest, but we will hold onto it for you for a while. If, after 12 months you have not made a claim, we will donate your cashback reward to charity.

Terms and conditions

The Big Bathroom Shop Business Account Referral Offer (the “Scheme”) is open to business account customers of Big Bathroom Shop (“bigbathroomshop.co.uk” is a trading name of Limitless Digital Group) with a Big Bathroom Shop business account (the “Big Bathroom Shop Business Account”) and existing members of the Big Bathroom Shop Business scheme and those who meet the eligibility criteria of the Scheme (see paragraph 1 below). 

The Scheme is owned by Big Bathroom Shop, a trading name for Limitless Digital Group, a company registered in England under company number (03955231) and with its registered office at Unit 1 & 2, Dawson Court, Billington Road, Burnley (“Big Bathroom Shop”/the “Company”). Any correspondence regarding the Scheme should be addressed to: referral@bigbathroomshop.co.uk or by phone on +44 (0330 027 1032).

These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) govern the use of the Scheme. To participate in the Scheme you must comply with these Rules which you should read carefully.

The Scheme (Big Bathroom Shop Business Account Referral Scheme)
Subject to all clauses below.  When successfully referring a customer:

• Your customer will receive a link to create a new account with Big Bathroom Shop, and will receive 10% off their first order. This discount is valid on all items (including those in any sale category), and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout when they place an order. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or voucher codes

• You will receive a single cashback point for every £1 they spend at Big Bathroom Shop. These points are valued at £0.05 and the referred customer MUST be logged into their account in order for you to receive your referral reward points. - Example - £500 spend is equal/equivalent to £25 cashback/reward points. 

• You WILL NOT receive referral reward points if your customer is not logged into their account when ordering, or does not mention your details when placing an order via telephone. Big Bathroom Shop cannot be held responsible for your failure to accrue reward points if your customers orders are not placed in the appropriate way, so please be sure to have your referring customer either log in or quote your details when placing an order.  

1. Eligibility

    1.1 To be eligible to join the Scheme, you must have a current Big Bathroom Shop Business Account, be over 18 years old and have an address in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

    1.2 Notwithstanding Rule 1.1, the Company reserves the right to invite customers from other members of its group of companies to participate in the Scheme.

    1.3 If your application to join the Scheme is accepted, you will need to register using your Big Bathroom Shop Business Account Details. Your account will be updated for you to include both schemes.(“Big Bathroom Shop Business / Business Referral Account”).

    1.4 Subject to clause 1.5, each Big Bathroom Shop Account holder is entitled to only one Big Bathroom Shop Business / Business Referral Account.

    1.5 The Company reserves the right to reject and/or refuse registration to the Scheme at any time at its absolute discretion. The following parties (among others) do not qualify to participate in the Scheme. By accepting the terms and conditions you confirm that you do not fall within any of the following categories:

    a) Employees of the Company or of its subsidiaries, holding company or such companies’ subsidiaries or holding companies (as the same are defined under s1159 of the Companies Act 2006) and/or relatives of any such employee;

    b) Any Public Authority or other Public Sector Organisation; and

    c) Any customers that currently receive a rebate from any business within the Big Bathroom Shop/Limitless Digital Framework.

2. How to get your Big Bathroom Shop Business Referral payment

    2.1 To redeem any cashback earned simply email info@bigbathroomshop.co.uk and a member of the team will contact you.

    2.2 You can claim your cashback when a minimum of £50 in referrals has been reached. You WILL NOT be able to claim cashback for values lower than that stated £50.

    2.3 You can see a summary of your earned cashback points in the ‘Cashback Points’ area in the My Account section when logged in to your account.

3. Membership

    3.1 Subject to your application to the Scheme being approved, the address and details that the Company will hold will be those which you have provided at the point of registration. You can change your address or other registered details in the “My Account” section of your Big Bathroom Shop Business Account.

    3.2 It is your responsibility to keep secure any information that might identify you and allow access to your Big Bathroom Shop Business Account AND Business Referral Account (The Scheme). If you lose or accidentally reveal your details you should immediately contact your account manager or telephone the administration team on (0330 027 1490) as soon as possible

4. Closing/ Terminating your Big Bathroom Shop Business Referral Account

    4.1 You can choose to withdraw your participation in the Scheme at any time by contacting your Big Bathroom Shop Business Account Manager.

    4.2 Big Bathroom Shop may terminate your participation in the Scheme and cancel or suspend your account by notifying you in writing if Big Bathroom Shop reasonably believes that:

    a) You have acted in a way that harms Big Bathroom Shop or the Scheme.

    b) You engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities;

    c) You have acted in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Big Bathroom Shop or any third party supplier staff; you have knowingly provided false or misleading information at any time in relation to your participation in the Scheme;

    d) You have breached any of the terms relating to your Big Bathroom Shop Trade Account or Big Bathroom Shop Trade Referral Account;

5. Liability

    5.1 Big Bathroom Shop are not liable for any failures that may occur due to unusual and unexpected circumstances beyond its control, the consequences of which it could not have avoided even if it had taken all necessary care (for example but not limited to, IT failures, industrial disputes, hostilities, political unrest or natural disasters).

6. General

    6.1 Big Bathroom Shop may change any element of the Scheme including the money back percentage given/ awarded and these Rules at any time without your consent by publishing the changes on the website www.bigbathroomshop.co.uk.

    6.2 The Company may send you details with reminders that you have credit available or may need to contact you regarding changes to The Scheme.

    6.3 The Company is not liable for any tax liability that may arise from you taking part in the Scheme.

    6.4 The Scheme is a standalone promotion and does not amend normal terms and conditions of trading as between Big Bathroom Shop and its customers which will continue to apply.

    6.5 These Rules are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

7. Qualifying as a Referred Customer

    7.1 A Referred Customer is a third party (whether an individual or a corporate entity) to whom You recommend Big Bathroom Shop and/or the Scheme. This includes a parent company, subsidiaries and/or entities directly or indirectly controlled by the Referred Customers.

    7.2 A third party will not qualify as a Referred Customer (thus making any Referral unsuccessful immediately) if that party: is already a Big Bathroom Shop customer; was a previous Big Bathroom Shop customer in breach of their agreement or Big Bathroom Shop terms and conditions; if another partner has already referred the Referred Customer within six (6) months of Your Referral; or has already been contacted by a member of Big Bathroom Shop within the 3 months prior to Your Referral.

    7.3 If the multiple Partners submit Referrals for the same Referred Customer, the Partner that first submits their Referral to Big Bathroom Shop will be the only Partner eligible to receive Commission in relation to that particular Referred Customer. Determining the Partner eligible in such a situation will be left to Big Bathroom Shop’s sole discretion and Big Bathroom Shop’s position will be final – no correspondence will be entered into disputing the decision.
